really scared

Hi Im 21 I found out that i had hpv last year. I was suppose to go for a follow 6 months later but i never went i was too scared. Now i year later i went for a pap smear almost a year later at a different doctor she told me hpv was detected. And i have abnormal cells again..So no i have a colposcopy on the 21st I am really scared. I know i shouldn't have waited but now I am freaking out.

This is a scary thing you are going through. So don't feel your feelings aren't validated. It is a good idea to go ahead and find out what you are dealing with. It really is possible that it won't be as bad as you think.

How did it turn out? and your not alone I also waited but I went from, you have mild dysplasia to you have high grade and need a LEEP, in less than 4 months. I now will never wait or not go. Hope you are doing well!
